“San Bernardino ACT is a 100-member ACT program located in San Bernardino, California. The program opened in January 2003, under contract with the San Bernardino Department of Behavioral Health & Adult System of Care. It is the first ACT program in San Bernardino County.
The purpose of San Bernardino ACT is to provide excellent services for adults with complex mental illness, assist them in living in the community during their recovery process,
and support them in achieving their full potential. Members of San Bernardino ACT are adults with serious mental illness (SMI), who often have co-occuring disorders such as substance abuse. The program provides wraparound services and supports, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year. The program complies with accepted ACT standards and has received accreditation by CARF, a national accrediting body.”- from the website.
