“Gary, you might be wondering what is my desire for change, why do I want to come back to TBH after leaving over a year ago for a busy private practice?

“I have recognized that private practice, despite many of the perks that it brings also comes at a cost. Fewer hours with family, being tied to the phone, imposing insurance companies, the failure of patients to pay, the need to fund and light an office, the responsibility for marketing, and ensuring patient’s follow-up.

“The other reason (probably more compelling) is simply that I miss the TBH Family. I admire what you do, and I am deeply appreciative for the interest you have shown me over these years and the support you have provided.”
