| “Gary Hayes and TBH were able to sign me up for a parttime job that allows me to sleep in and start work at noon, making it possible for me to follow my passions for Lindy Hop and Argentine Tango at night. Gary made it happen. He wants to make his doctors happy; he listens closely to find out our individual needs and preferences and follows up with sometimes surprising and creative ways to satisty them. He fosters collegiality of TBH docs across programs, which is a great way to counter the sense of isolation that can develop in community psychiatry.
