Visalia (Kawaeh Delta Health Care) needs Several for a 30 bed adult inpatient psychiatric unit.

1.0 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) Staff Psychiatrist needed for an average of 12 patients per FTE. Base Salary for (1.0 FTE) of $220,000 for a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm), plus $10,000 in bonuses and a benefit package valued at $64,000 bonuses/benefits.

Medical Director to supervise staff psychiatrists base salary of $240,000 for a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm), plus $10,000 in bonuses and a benefit package valued at over $67,000 bonuses/benefits. Medical director duties are combined with a partial clinical role including consultation and liaison at the Kaweah Delta District Hospital.

2 doctors per weekend 52 weekends of the year needed for an average of 15 to 17 patients per doctor for Weekend Coverage. Compensation is $3,000* per weekend per doctor (requirement to be on site from 9AM to 5PM both Saturday and Sunday.
*$3400 for doctors who drive from the Bay Area or LA with two nights at the Marriott hotel included.
