Contra Costa Regional Medical Center- Acute Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
- Full-time psychiatrist sought for inpatient psychiatry position on the 23-bed acute inpatient psychiatric unit at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center, a county operated general hospital. The psychiatrist is one of two on the unit and works alongside social services staff, a discharge planner, nursing, and occupational therapy. Most admissions to the inpatient service come through the Psychiatric Emergency Service, which also provides after-hours coverage for the inpatient unit. Salary $190,000 per annum plus up to $10,000 in bonuses and a benefit package valued at over $57,000
Part-time position for an Attending Psychiatrist at a 21-Bed acute psychiatric unit in the heart of the beautiful northern Napa Valley. This position reports to the Medical Director of the unit. The psychiatrist carries 6 inpatient beds and provides 3-4 consults to the general hospital each week. Base salary of $95,000 for a 20-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 9 AM to 1PM) plus a pro-rated benefit package. Weekend coverage is also available (rounding Sat and Sun, 9 AM to 5 PM) at $2400 per weekend.
